Portico – Formerly rotting, completely rebuilt:

Re-sided home and detached garage with Hardi cement fiber siding. Pre-painted custom color from factory. Previous siding on both home and detached garage was faulty:

This chimney was originally Stucco board and trimmed in cedar which was in need of repair due to weathering. Rather than installing brick with unneeded weight and expense, Owens Corning Carmel Country Ledgestone was installed:

Entire home was re-sided with CertainTeed Cement Fiber siding and Mira-Tech trim. Siding, trim and overhangs were ordered already painted to color shown. Upper story windows were replaced with aluminum clad windows before restoration on siding was started. New carriage home style garage doors installed and painted to match existing colors:
